[目的]了解近几年西双版纳州麻疹流行病学特征及麻疹防控情况,为调整防控策略和加速消除麻疹提供科学依据。[方法]应用描述性流行病学方法对2007-2013年西双版纳州的麻疹疫情及全州麻苗免疫情况进行统计学分析。[结果]2007-2013年,西双版纳州共报告麻疹病例722例,无死亡病例,年平均发病率为9.41/10万;发病人群以散居儿童和学生为主,占总病例数的67.86%;10岁以下儿童为高发人群;男女比例为1.22:1;流行模式以散发为主,发病具有明显季节性,流行高峰在8月。[结论]应进一步加强麻疹疫苗的初始免疫和强化免疫工作,提高麻疹疫苗接种及时率,消除流动人口的免疫空白和做好境外输入病例防控,是西双版纳州控制和消除麻疹的重点。

Objective To knowmeasles epidemic characteristic and prevention statusin recent years inXishuangbanna so as to provide scientific basis for adjusting control strategy and eliminating measles.Methods Statistical analysis on measles epidemic and vaccine status from 2007 to 2013 by descriptive epidemiology method.Results From2007 to 2013, 722 cases of measles were reported and there was no deaths report, annual average incidence rate was 9.41 / 100,000, most of incidence group were scattered children and student, up 67.86% of the total number, and the age was under 10 years. Male and female ratio was 1.22: 1. Popular model was given priority with distributed. The morbidity had obvious seasonal characteristics and peak time was in August.Conclusions We should further strengthen the initial supplementary immunization work of measles vaccine,improve the rate of measles vaccination in timely, eliminate the immune blank of floating population, and prevent measles from abroad. These are the focus to control and eliminate measles in Xishuangbanna.
