柴油机的进气阀比排气阀更易磨损,直接影响了柴油机尤其是高速柴油机的可靠性和耐久性。利用EXCITE_TD软件对4102柴油机进气阀系的特性进行仿真、评价及优化。进气阀系运动学仿真结果的评价表明:原进气阀的最大跃度不满足要求,需要进行优化。优化后的最大跃度Jerk由原来的2720 mm/rad3降到了888.2 mm/rad3,对阀系振动的响应不再敏感;进气阀系动力学仿真结果的评价表明:优化前、后,进气阀的落座速度和落座力均小于优化前,尤其是进气阀的落座力,约减小一半,使得阀座的振动、噪声及磨损大大降低。

Intake valve is more likely to be worn than exhaust valve in diesel engine, and this will directly impact on reliability and durability of diesel, especially high-speed diesel. In this paper, simulation, evaluation and optimization of the characteristics for 4102 diesel intake valve system was done using EXCITE_TD software. The results of simulation and evaluation for original intake valve system kinematics indicated that the maximum value of the jerk which could not accord with the requirement needed to be improved. The optimized results that the maximum jerk dropped to 888.2 mm/rad3 from 2 720 mm/rad3 showed intake valve was insensitive to the system. The results of simulation and evaluation for intake valve system dynamics indicated that optimized speed and seat force were less than before, especially seat force reduced by half made the vibration noise and wear of the valve seat greatly reduced.
