针对某车型怠速噪声问题,通过噪声频谱分析和短接变速器油冷器系统的噪声试验,确认噪声源为CVT变速器油冷却油泵。通过改变管路材质和增加不同容积的缓冲罐,对油冷却管路提出几种组合优化方案,通过对比试验,选取改善整车噪声的最优方案,并初步归纳缓冲罐满足缓冲要求的最小容积计算方法。
針對某車型怠速譟聲問題,通過譟聲頻譜分析和短接變速器油冷器繫統的譟聲試驗,確認譟聲源為CVT變速器油冷卻油泵。通過改變管路材質和增加不同容積的緩遲罐,對油冷卻管路提齣幾種組閤優化方案,通過對比試驗,選取改善整車譟聲的最優方案,併初步歸納緩遲罐滿足緩遲要求的最小容積計算方法。

Based on the vehicle noise problem at idle operation, the noise rooting in CVT transmission pump is tested and confirmed, and several optimization proposals about cooling line are put forward, including changing materials and putting a bumper in the line. By comparing test results of different proposals, the best plan for noise reduction is chosen. And what’s more, the effective minimum volume of bumper is summarized.
