刀盘是TBM的关键部件,刀盘的性能对TBM掘进性能影响很大。刀盘在掘进时承受的重载冲击扭矩和推力将导致剧烈振动,引起刀盘寿命下降甚至破坏以致影响掘进效率。基于ADAMS多体系统动力学仿真平台,建立了复杂因素影响下“辽西北”引水工程TBM主机系统的动力学模型,探讨了刀盘转速、刀盘拓扑形式和小齿轮速度波动与不同步等因素对刀盘振动性能的影响规律。仿真结果表明:为了减小刀盘振动,在设计TBM主机时应采取“铜钱”型拓扑形式,在控制TBM时应尽量避免驱动齿轮转速波动和不同步,在较低的刀盘转速下进行掘进。

A cutterhead is one of the key parts of a tunnel boring machine ( TBM) .The performance of the cutter-head has a great impact on the boring capability of the TBM.The torque and thrust of heavy-load impact on the cut-terhead in the tunneling process will cause severe vibration.This leads to the decline of service life and even de-struction of the cutterhead, which affects the boring efficiency.In this paper, a TBM mainframe model under com-plex factors of"Northwest Liaoning"water diversion works was built based on the multi-body system dynamics sim-ulation platform ADAMS.The influence of different factors including the rotation speed of cutterhead, cutterhead to-pology, the speed fluctuation and non-synchronization of small driving gears on the vibration characteristics of cut-terhead was also discussed.The simulation conclusions demonstrated that in order to reduce the vibration of cutter-head, the"coin"topology should be applied.However, when controlling TBM the fluctuation of rotational speed and non-synchronization of driving gears should be avoided as much as possible.The tunneling should be conducted under low rotational speed of cutterhead.
