对某八缸中速柴油机气缸盖温度场进行有限元分析。首先,利用Pro ENGINEER软件,建立柴油机气缸盖的三维实体模型,然后将模型导入有限元软件ANSYS workbench进行网格划分和边界条件的设置,最后分析模拟气缸盖的温度分布情况,为结构的改进提供参考。

In this article, the thermal analysis of diesel engine cylinder head was studied. First of all, using Pro ENGINEER software, the three-dimensional model of diesel engine cylinder head was established. Then the model was put into ANSYS workbench to carry on the grid and set the boundary conditions. Finally, the temperature distribution of cylinder head was achieved, and information for improving cylinder head structure was provided.
