目的应用中医传承辅助系统软件分析治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（OSAS）的组方规律。方法基于中医传承辅助系统软件，选择《CNKI期刊全文数据库》的医学期刊中治疗OSAS的方剂，录入中医传承辅助系统，分析OSAS的用药规律。结果对筛选出的79个中药处方进行分析，确定处方中各种药物的使用频次，药物间的关联规则，演化得到核心组合26个，新处方13个。结论中医传承辅助系统能很好的应用于方剂用药规律的分析。
목적응용중의전승보조계통연건분석치료조새성수면호흡잠정종합정（OSAS）적조방규률。방법기우중의전승보조계통연건，선택《CNKI기간전문수거고》적의학기간중치료OSAS적방제，록입중의전승보조계통，분석OSAS적용약규률。결과대사선출적79개중약처방진행분석，학정처방중각충약물적사용빈차，약물간적관련규칙，연화득도핵심조합26개，신처방13개。결론중의전승보조계통능흔호적응용우방제용약규률적분석。
Objective To explain the composing principles of the prescriptions for OSAS collected in CNKI by tradi-tional Chinese medicine(TCM)inheritance system.Methods The prescriptions used for OSAS in CNKI were collected then en-tered into the TCM inheritance system.TCM inheritance system were used to explain the composing principles of the prescriptions for OSAS.Results The composing principles were extracted based on the analysis of 79 cases of prescriptions by using TCM inheritance system.The frenquency of herbs and the association rules of all prescriptions were analyzed.26 main core combina-tions and 13 new prescriptions were extracted.Conclusion The TCM inheritance system is very helpful to study the treatment of Chinese TCM for Viral Pneumonia.
