应用AVL Excite多体动力学软件建立SMF和DMF曲轴系发动机动力学模型,对某发动机搭载SMF和DMF曲轴系进行动力学仿真分析,分析对比两种飞轮下发动机曲轴系统扭振及强度间的差异。结果表明,搭载DMF曲轴系较SMF曲轴系扭振振幅减小,低速曲轴转速不均匀率增大,高速转速不均匀率减小,曲柄臂圆角安全系数有所增加。
應用AVL Excite多體動力學軟件建立SMF和DMF麯軸繫髮動機動力學模型,對某髮動機搭載SMF和DMF麯軸繫進行動力學倣真分析,分析對比兩種飛輪下髮動機麯軸繫統扭振及彊度間的差異。結果錶明,搭載DMF麯軸繫較SMF麯軸繫扭振振幅減小,低速麯軸轉速不均勻率增大,高速轉速不均勻率減小,麯柄臂圓角安全繫數有所增加。

AVL Excite was used to establish cranktrain dynamics simulation model,performing simulations for cranktrains with single mass flywheel (SMF) and dual mass flywheel (DMF) separately. Then the results in terms of crankshaft torsional vibration and strength were compared. The results showed that cranktrain with DMF led to lower torsional vibration amplitude and higher fillet safety factor, but speed irregularity at low speed was increased.
