采用最大给药量法给小鼠灌胃薏苡仁油纳米微乳，剂量为9．0 g·kg－1，以检测薏苡仁油微乳的生物安全性。结果表明：在连续观察14 d 期间试验组小鼠生长发育良好，小鼠体重、行为活动、食物利用率、分泌物和排泄物等各项指标均在正常范围内，与对照组相比无显著性差异（P ＞0．05）。薏苡仁油纳米微乳在常规剂量下是安全、可靠的。

The study aimed to evaluate the biologic safety of Coix Oil Micro-emulsion(COME)by using the intragastric administration to mice with single maximal 9.0g/kg doses.The results showed that the experi-mental groups were in good health state,with the behaviors,body weight,food intake rate,secretion and excrement in the normal range.There were no obvious difference between the experimental groups and the control (P >0.05).The results showed that COME dose is safe and reliable when taking under the conven-tional.
