为确定大倾角煤层沿空掘巷预留小煤柱合理宽度,通过理论计算对护巷煤柱宽度进行了分析;运用UDEC模拟软件对不同煤柱宽度下巷道的变形量和煤柱应力进行了数值模拟。结果表明:理论计算的煤柱合理宽度应为5m;综合数值模拟中煤层顶板支承压力分布、巷道变形量和煤柱应力集中情况选取煤柱宽度为5 m,与理论计算相符;将所得结果应用于21071工作面回风巷的掘进,即留设5 m煤柱沿空掘进巷道,回采期巷道变形量能满足矿井正常生产需求,无需返修。

To ascertain the reasonable width of coal pillar of gob-side entry driving in deeply inclined coal seam,theoretical calculation was applied to analyze the width of the protection coal pillar;the deformation of roadway and the stress on coal pillar under the conditions of different pillar width were simulated by UDEC and the results showed that the reasonable width of coal pillar through theoretical calculating was supposed to be 5 meters. According to the support pres-sure distribution,deformation of roadway and the condition of coal pillar stress concentration in comprehensive numerical simulation,the pillar width was 5 meters,which conformed to the the-oretical calculation. Applying the results to the return airway of 21071 working face,the deform-ation of roadway could meet the requirement of the regular production of the mine without repair during the mining period.
