运用文献资料、数理统计、问卷调查、访谈等方法，对“健身教练”和“私人教练”在大型健身俱乐部的职场竞争进行调查，并从证书类别、培训内容、课程时数、课程时效性等对比分析二者的培养规格，在此基础上提出社会体育指导员职业化发展的若干对策及建议：落实职业准入制度；引入市场机制，促进职业型社会体育指导员认证市场化；加大宣传力度，打造证书的权威和效力；以市场需求为导向，改革社会体育指导员职业资格证书制度。

Through the methods of literature, mathematical statistics, questionnaire investigation, interview method, etc. , this pa-per investigates the career competition between “Fitness Coach” and “Private Coach” in the large -scale fitness clubs, and makes a comparative analysis of both specifications from the certificate type, training contents, course hours and time-sensitive. Based on that, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the occupational development of Social Sport Instructor:to carry out the professional entrance system;to introduce marketing mechanism and promote the marketization of certification;to pay attention to advertising;to be guided by market demand, to innovate the system of professional qualification.
