实验以枣庄烟煤和无烟煤为原料,聚丙烯酰胺为稳定剂,木质素磺酸钠为分散剂,采用干法制浆制备水煤浆样品,分别考察了煤粉浓度、恒温温度、剪切速率、煤炭种类、级配技术等工艺参数对水煤浆粘度和稳定性的影响。结论为:在煤粉比例为3:1(即210目的煤粉占75%,60目的煤粉占25%),固相含量约为55%,恒温温度为30℃时,制得的水煤浆恰好具有符合工业条件的黏度值。

Taken the Zaozhuang bituminous coal and anthracite as experimental raw material, polyacrylamide as a stabilizer, sodium lignosulfonate as a dispersant, prepared the coal water slurry samples using dry pulping system, we studied the effect of pulverized coal concentration, temperature, shear rate, coal types, gradation technology parameters on the viscosity and stability of coal water slurry. Conclusion:in the pulverized coal ratio was 3:1 (210 to 60 coal accounted for 75%, coal accounted for 25%to about 55%), solid content, temperature is 30 C, water coal slurry prepared just conforms to the industrial conditions of viscosity.
