目的:分析新疆医科大学某三甲医院医疗纠纷发生科室分布、纠纷原因分类、医疗纠纷解决表现形式及解决方式,为防范和处理医疗纠纷提供依据。方法采用统计描述方法,分析2009年1月-2014年12月某三甲医院发生的153例医疗纠纷投诉事件。结果医疗纠纷发生科室主要分布在妇产科、门诊部、骨科。妇产科占17.6%、门诊部占14.3%、骨科占12.4%;医疗纠纷发生原因主要是医患沟通(47.05%),医疗技术(13.07%),服务态度及手术并发症等其他因素(16.98%);医疗纠纷解决表现形式主要是医患协调解决。结论防范和处理医疗纠纷要加强医患沟通,严格规范医疗行为,加强医院投诉管理,规范书写病历。

Objective To analyze the Xinjiang Medical University in a hospital medical disputes,disputes the classification, distri-bution of departments cause medical dispute resolutionforms and solutions, and provide basis for prevention and treatment of med-ical disputes.Methods Using the method of statistical description, analysis of 153 cases of medical disputes complaints in our hos-pital in 2009 January -2014 year in December occurred.Results The occurrence of medical disputes are mainly distributed in the obstetrics and gynecology department, outpatient department, Department of orthopedics. Department of Obstetrics and gynecology outpatient department accounted for 17.6%, accounted for 14.3%, Department of orthopedics, accounted for 12.4%; the occurrence of medical disputes is the main reason why the doctor-patient communication (47.05%), (13.07%)medical technology, service atti-tude and complications of other factors (16.98%); forms to solve medical disputes are mainly the doctor-patient coordination solu-tion. Conclusion Theprevention and treatment of medical disputes to strengthen the communication between doctors and patients, strictly standardize the medical behavior, strengthen themanagement of hospital complaints, medical record writing specifications.
