采用文献资料、实地考察、专家访谈等方法，对我国高校体育课程教学和高水平运动队训练现状进行调查。结果显示，我国高校体育课程教学和高水平运动队训练现状不容乐观，与国家的要求还有很大的差距；发展不平衡，呈现出重点高校较好、一般院校次之、地方院校较差的现象。

Using the methods of documentary, investigation, expert interview, this paper makes an investigation of current situation of sports training course teaching in Colleges and universities in China and the high level sports team. The results show, the sports curriculum teaching in Colleges and universities in China and the high level sports team training situation is not optimistic , and the requirements of the country is still a big gap; unbalanced development presents that the key colleges and universities is better ,general colleges is secondary, and local colleges and universities is poor.
