从目前 LNG 加气站在设计、建造及使用过程中低温截止阀的关键作用出发，以 DN65低温截止阀为研究对象，通过对其内部流道关键尺寸进行实体测绘，随后使用 SolidWorks 软件对其进行三维建模，并利用 Fluent 软件，以其在LNG加气站管道中的实际工作条件作为流场分析的边界条件，对其LNG液体流经该截止阀时的内部流场压力分布和LNG流体在其内部的流动情况进行了数值模拟研究，研究结果为后期的LNG 管道的管路特性分析、LNG加气站管路布局的优化设计和潜液泵的选型提供了理论依据。

From the perspective of low temperature globe valves’ critical role in the design,building and services of LNG gas stations,this paper takes the globe valve DN65 as an example,and through mapping of its internal flow channel’s key dimensions,builds up a three-dimensional model with SolidWorks. Further,taking actual working conditions of the pipe-lines in a LNG gas station as boundary conditions,a numerical simulation was carried out with the help of Fluent to study the liquid’s flowing status and the pressure distribution of inner flow fields when LNG liquid is getting through the valve. The research results may provide a theoretical basis for characteristic analysis of LNG pipelines,optimized design of the layout of LNG stations and the selection of immersed pumps.
