为了检测海洋井口采油树在承压过程中裂纹的产生和扩展,保证井口采油树本体的本质安全,开展了声发射检测技术的应用研究。从声发射检测技术的原理、海洋井口采油树声发射检测方案设计及声发射检测技术的应用等3个方面开展研究。现场应用情况表明,声发射检测技术在海洋井口采油树运维上的应用方案可行,效果显著,但声发射检测技术对环境噪声的要求十分敏感,因此仍需在实践中不断积累和总结经验。
為瞭檢測海洋井口採油樹在承壓過程中裂紋的產生和擴展,保證井口採油樹本體的本質安全,開展瞭聲髮射檢測技術的應用研究。從聲髮射檢測技術的原理、海洋井口採油樹聲髮射檢測方案設計及聲髮射檢測技術的應用等3箇方麵開展研究。現場應用情況錶明,聲髮射檢測技術在海洋井口採油樹運維上的應用方案可行,效果顯著,但聲髮射檢測技術對環境譟聲的要求十分敏感,因此仍需在實踐中不斷積纍和總結經驗。

In order to detect the generation and expansion of cracks in offshore wellheads in their pressure-bearing process and ensure the safety of the Christmas tree,an application research was carried out on acoustic emission detection technol-ogy from three aspects,including the principle of acoustic emission testing technology,detection scheme design and appli-cation of an offshore Christmas tree. Field tests showed that the application scheme of acoustic emission testing technology in offshore Christmas tree operation is feasible and remarkable. However,as the acoustic emission testing technology is very sensitive to environmental noises,it points out that more experiences should be accumulated and summarized in practices.
