目的：：讨论治疗组(推拿组)与对照组(中药组)采取相异方法治疗小儿外感风寒型咳嗽的疗效差异。方法：选择2013年1月至2014年9月来安徽中医药大学第一附属医院小儿推拿科就诊的外感风寒型咳嗽患儿70例，按随机数字表法分为两组：治疗组与对照组各35例。治疗组采用小儿推拿方法，对照组采用中药口服方法，观察治疗前后患儿症状、体征改变情况。结论：两组治疗均有疗效。经过一个疗程(5d)治疗组总有效率97.14%，对照组总有效率77.14%；经过二个疗程(10d)治疗组痊愈率77.14%，对照组痊愈率40.00%，差异均有统计学意义。结果：推拿治疗方法疗效好，安全性高，易于被广大患儿及家长接受，可于临床上大力普及应用。
목적：：토론치료조(추나조)여대조조(중약조)채취상이방법치료소인외감풍한형해수적료효차이。방법：선택2013년1월지2014년9월래안휘중의약대학제일부속의원소인추나과취진적외감풍한형해수환인70례，안수궤수자표법분위량조：치료조여대조조각35례。치료조채용소인추나방법，대조조채용중약구복방법，관찰치료전후환인증상、체정개변정황。결론：량조치료균유료효。경과일개료정(5d)치료조총유효솔97.14%，대조조총유효솔77.14%；경과이개료정(10d)치료조전유솔77.14%，대조조전유솔40.00%，차이균유통계학의의。결과：추나치료방법료효호，안전성고，역우피엄대환인급가장접수，가우림상상대력보급응용。
Objective: to discuss the treatment group (massage group) and control group (Chinese medicine group) to adopt different method in the treatment of pediatric exogenous wind cold type oftherapeutic effects between cough.Methods: exogenous wind cold type selection of 2013 January to 2014 September to the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui traditional Chinese medicine university pediatric massage treatment ofcough in 70 cases, were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and control group with 35 cases in each group. The treatment group adopted children massage method, the control group used traditional Chinese medicine oral method, observed before and after treatment in children withsymptoms, signs of change. Conclusion: two groups treated by curative effect. After a course of treatment (5d) treatment group total effectiveness 97.14%, the comparison group total effectiveness 77.14%; after two courses of treatment (10d) treatment group cure rate was 77.14%, the cure rate of the control group 40%, the diference was statisticaly significant.Results:massage therapy has good curative effect, high safety, easy to be the majority of children and parents to accept, be in clinical on vigorously popularize application.
