随着知识经济的发展,人才日益成为企业竞争的核心,通过培训,提高员工的知识、经验、技能成为了提高企业竞争力的关键。本文在探究人力资源开发与员工培训关系的基础上,针对企业员工培训中存在的问题从人力资源开发的角度提出改进方案,对提高培训的效果具有重要意义。
