从湖南第一师范学院与泸溪县八什坪中心小学对接支教的实际情况来看，大学生支教从动机、周期到志愿者构成等方面都存在问题，必须从支教体制、模式、志愿者质量、教学方式、安全意识及社会关注等方面加以改善。

Based on the analysis of the practical situation of the supporting teaching from Hunan First Normal U-niversity in Bashiping Central Primary School, Luxi County, Xiangxi State, we found that there are many problems existing in the supporting motivation, supporting period and the constitution of the volunteers, etc. Many aspects should be improved, including the supporting teaching system, mode, quality of the volunteers, teaching methods, safety awareness and social concern, etc.
