档案管理对于医院管理工作具有重要的意义，加强医院档案管理人员素质建设将会对整个医院的工作提供助力。医学档案作为一种知识储备库，对医院领导集体的决策有着指导意义，并为相关的学科建设和医疗研究提供相关的管理依据，能够为医院优化资源配置提供有利条件。随着现代化信息技术的精进，对医院档案管理人员的素质建设有了新的要求，档案管理人员在医院档案工作中起着重要作用，其具有较强的专业能力与职业素养将会提升医院档案管理水平与医院管理质量。该研究对医学档案管理对医院管理工作的意义及档案管理人员素质的现状作出了简要描述，并分析了现代化医院档案管理人员须具备的基本素质，在此基础上对医院档案管理人员素质建设的途径与策略进行相关的阐述。

Archives management has an important significance for the management of the hospital, so strengthening the hospital archives management personnel quality construction will provide power for the whole hospital work. As a knowledge repository, hospital archives have guiding significance for the collective decision-making of hospital leaders, and provide the related manage-ment basis of subject construction and medical research. Meanwhile, it can provide favorable conditions for the hospital to optimize the allocation of resources. Along with the development of modern information technology, there are new requirements for the qual-ity construction of hospital archives managers. The managers play an important role in the work of hospital archives and their strong professional ability and the occupation accomplishment will improve hospital archives management level and the manage-ment quality of the hospital. In this text, we make a brief description of the significance of hospital archives management to the hospital management and the present situation of the personnel quality of medical archives managers. We also analyze the basic qualities which are necessary for modern hospital archives managers and illustrate the way and strategy of quality construction of hospital archives managers.
