目的:分析护士长管理对护士自我效能感及工作满意度的影响。方法回顾性分析2013年12月-2014年12月该院62名临床护士的资料,均对其实行护士长管理,并比较护士长管理前后临床护士的工作能力、自我效能感以及对工作的满意度。结果护士长管理后的护士理论知识、健康教育、护理观察等项目评分均高于管理前,管理后的护士GSES评分(24.56±4.37)分高于管理前的(19.64±3.25)分,且管理后护士对职业的满意度、实现自我愿望与体现自我价值比例均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士长管理对护士的影响较为显著,既能增强护士的工作能力,又可提高护士的自我效能感与工作满意度,值得临床积极推广。

Objective To analysis the head nurse management for nurses self-efficacy and the influence of job satisfaction. Meth-ods A retrospective analysis in December 2013-December 2014 in our hospital 62 clinical nurses, and the head nurse manage-ment were imposed, and compare the clinical nurses before and after the head nurse management work ability, self-efficacy and job satisfaction. Results The head nurse nurse after the management theory knowledge, health education, nursing observation items such as score are higher than before and after the management of nurse GSES score (24.56±4.37) points above management (19.64±3.25) points, before and after the management nurses on career satisfaction, realize self desire and reflect ego value ratio are higher than management, differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The head nurse management for nurses is significant, the influence of both can enhance the nurse's ability to work, but also improve the nurse's self-efficacy and job sat-isfaction, worth clinical promotion positively.
