本钢板材股份有限公司（以下简称“本钢”）老专用线原先安装一台贸易用的有基坑静态轨道衡。使用的时间不长，但已经出现刚性台面变形等机械方面的问题。计量准确度不稳定，维护周期逐渐频繁，维护工作量在增加，半年检定压力增大。因此，本钢决定对该轨道衡进行无基坑改造，来保证轨道衡的稳定性，减少维护工作量。改造中，还增加了动态计量的功能，动态计量性能达到《JJG 234-2012自动轨道衡》的1级。
