To improve the quality of design budgetary esti?mate establishment, it is necessary to identify factors influencing the accuracy of estimation, grasp the key point of the es?tablishment of design budgetary estimate, thereby effectively control the whole process investment of electric power engi?neering project. Based on analysis of the interactional relationship between the quality of design budgetary estimate estab?lishment and the whole process investment control of electric power engineering project, the article elaborates and summa?rizes the methods and concrete approaches of improving the quality of design budgetary estimate establishment and rational control of the whole process investment of electric power engineering project, so as to provide some references for col?leagues in the same domain.
