资本运营是提高农业企业市场竞争力的重要举措。针对传统视角农业企业资本运营的局限性，基于超循环理论视角，通过建立农业企业资本运营生态系统构成要素超循环模型，深入分析和把握农业企业资本运营的各种模式和规律，在此基础上有针对性地提出提升农业企业资本运营水平的具体对策，以引导农业企业更好地增强市场竞争力。

The capital operation of the agricultural enterprises is an important measure to improve the market competitiveness of the agricultural enterprises . Based on the perspective of hypercycle theory ,through the establishment of super cycle model of capital operation of agricultural enterprise ecological system ,we can make clear the various modes and rules of capital operation of agricultural enterprises .According to these rules ,we can take effective measures to improve the level of the capital operation of agricultural enterprises and enhance the market competitiveness of agricultural enterprises .
