针对目前扫描成像中的振镜控制系统功耗高、体积大、控制精度低和控制复杂等缺点,设计出一种高速、高精度振镜控制系统。分析了系统的工作原理,叙述了系统的硬件设计和软件算法设计,详细介绍了振镜控制系统的数字控制电路设计和驱动电路设计,并研制出了振镜控制系统。实验结果验证了振镜控制系统的可行性,系统运行稳定可靠,成功应用于动态稳像系统,有较大的应用前景。

For the disadvantages of a galvanometer control system in a scanning imaging system such as high power, large volume, low control precision and complex control, a high speed and precision galvanometer control system is designed. The operation principle of the system is analyzed. The design of hardware and software algo?rithm in the system is described. The design of numerical control and driving circuits of the system is introduced in detail. And a galvanometer control system is developed. The feasibility of the system is tested. Experimental results show that the system is in stable and reliable operation state to be applied in dynamic stable imaging system suc?cessfully and has widely application prospect.
