档案是历史的记忆、文明的载体、社会的财富，已经成为当今社会信息资源的重要组成部分。随着我国经济社会的高速发展与进步，档案日益受到重视和关注。党的十八届三中全会召开以来，党中央和国务院对一系列重要工作和重大改革做出部署，档案工作也被提升到很高的战略地位，交通企业档案在新形势和深化改革中要从＂围绕中心、服务大局＂来开展档案工作，以改革创新的精神全面提升档案管理规范化、信息化，以大量珍贵的档案、史志和实物来见证我国交通事业的发展。

As the historical memory,the carrier of civilization,social wealth,in today’s society,archives have become an important part of information resources.Along with rapid development and progress of our economy and society,more and more attentions have been paid to the files.Since the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,both the Party Central Committee and the State Council have deployed series of important reforms,and archives work also has been promoted to higher strategic position.Ar-chives of transportation enterprise,in the new situation and reform deepening,shall follow the principle of“Sticking to the Central Task,Serving the Overall Situation”,by means of the spirit of innovation to promote the standardization and informatization of archives,with a lot of precious archives,books of chronicle and physical objects to witness the development of transportation in our country.
