针对某款新开发车型其发罩外板内表面前端电泳效果差的问题,利用数值仿真技术对其进行分析。发现主要是由于前端设计不合理,在电泳时形成死腔,产生大的气泡从而导致电泳不上的问题。在增加一个简单的排气工艺孔后,结果大为改善。
針對某款新開髮車型其髮罩外闆內錶麵前耑電泳效果差的問題,利用數值倣真技術對其進行分析。髮現主要是由于前耑設計不閤理,在電泳時形成死腔,產生大的氣泡從而導緻電泳不上的問題。在增加一箇簡單的排氣工藝孔後,結果大為改善。

Considering the poor electrophoresis effect at the front-end of the internal surface of the engine hood outer panel of a new developed vehicle,the numerical simulation technical has been adopted to analyze the coat-ing problem.It has been found out that it’s due to the bad design of its front end,which has caused the dead space and produced big bubbles in coating process.After adding an auxiliary air-out technological hole,it has become much better.
