目的：分析循证医学原理在药房管理中的应用和效果，从而提高医院药房的管理工作和水平。方法取两家药品种类、规模相当的药房为重点研究对象。甲组实施循证医学管理模式(研究组)，乙组(对照组)实施常规的药房管理模式。观察一年，对甲组、乙组两家药房的各个方面进行分析。结果甲药房在记录、工作流程、制度等方面均优于乙药房。结论循证医学原理应用于药房管理，能明显提高药房的管理水平，增加工作效率。

Objective To analyze the application and effect of the principle of evidence-based medicine in the pharmacy manage-ment, so as to improve the management level of hospital pharmacy and. Methods Two types of drugs, the size of the pharmacy is the focus of the study. A implementation of evidence-based medicine management model (Study Group), group B (control group) the implementation of conventional pharmacy management model. One year of observation, all aspects of group A and group B two pharmacy analysis. Results A pharmacy in the record, work flow, and other aspects of the system are better than that of B phar-macy. Conclusions EBM principle applied in pharmacy management, can significantly improve the pharmacy management level, increase the work efficiency.
