目的：探讨基层部队用药过程中的常见问题，并针对问题提出解决方法和措施，提高基层部队的用药水平、医疗服务水平和质量。方法采取文献调研和实践考察相结合的方法，对发现的问题及时解决。结果实际调研过程中发现了5个方面的问题：医务人员药学知识不足、用药思路不清晰，习惯指导用药的情况多见；广谱抗生素使用过多，不合理地使用抗生素；用药过程图方便，要做皮试的好药用的少；对用药的剂量和疗程不熟悉；用药错误的情况经常发生。结论针对出现的问题，提出了3个方面的策略：加强专业知识的学习；在电脑用药系统中增加用药提醒；定期检查和反馈用药情况。

목적：탐토기층부대용약과정중적상견문제，병침대문제제출해결방법화조시，제고기층부대적용약수평、의료복무수평화질량。방법채취문헌조연화실천고찰상결합적방법，대발현적문제급시해결。결과실제조연과정중발현료5개방면적문제：의무인원약학지식불족、용약사로불청석，습관지도용약적정황다견；엄보항생소사용과다，불합리지사용항생소；용약과정도방편，요주피시적호약용적소；대용약적제량화료정불숙실；용약착오적정황경상발생。결론침대출현적문제，제출료3개방면적책략：가강전업지식적학습；재전뇌용약계통중증가용약제성；정기검사화반궤용약정황。
Objective Discussion on common medication problems in basic unit army hospital, and put forward the solutions and measures aiming at the problems, improve the basic unit army hospital medication and service level. Methods Take the method of literature research and practical investigation combined, for the problems found timely solve. Results Found 5 problems in the process of actual research: medical staff knowledge of pharmacy, drug shortage of thinking is not clear, used to guide the adminis-tration of broad-spectrum antibiotics use condition is seen; excessive, unreasonable use of antibiotics; medication process conve-nience, to do the skin test of good medicinal less; on the medication dosage and course not familiar with; medication error occurs. Conclusion Aiming at the existing problems, puts forward 3 strategies:strengthen the study of professional knowledge; in the com-puter system to increase drug medication reminder;regularly check and feedback the situation of medication.
