目的：探讨综合医院评审中发现的药事管理相关问题及改进措施。方法将本地区15家综合医院作为研究对象，根据相关评审细则对药事管理进行评估，总结分析存在的问题，并提出改进措施。结果综合医院药事管理存在很多问题，尽管管理硬件建设能达到基本要求，但管理水平不高，加上药学开展、特殊药品管理等欠缺，使得药事管理效果不佳。结论综合医院应加强内涵建设，同时规范管理，才能更好地促进医院药事管理稳定发展。

목적：탐토종합의원평심중발현적약사관리상관문제급개진조시。방법장본지구15가종합의원작위연구대상，근거상관평심세칙대약사관리진행평고，총결분석존재적문제，병제출개진조시。결과종합의원약사관리존재흔다문제，진관관리경건건설능체도기본요구，단관리수평불고，가상약학개전、특수약품관리등흠결，사득약사관리효과불가。결론종합의원응가강내함건설，동시규범관리，재능경호지촉진의원약사관리은정발전。
Objective Pharmacy management related issues of a general hospital in the review found and the improvement mea-sures. Methods 15 general hospitals in the region as the research object, according to the relevant assessment rules to evaluate the pharmacy management, summarize and analyze the existing problems, and put forward the measures of improvement. Results There are many problems in the comprehensive hospital pharmacy administration, although the management of hardware construc-tion can meet the basic requirements, but the management level is not high, carry out, pharmacy plus special drug management lack of pharmacy administration, makes bad effect. Conclusion Comprehensive hospital should strengthen the connotation con-struction, at the same time, standardized management, in order to better promote the steady development of hospital pharmacy management.
