目的：探索高职院校《经络腧穴学》合作学习型的教学模式。方法以河南推拿职业学院2013级大专针推、康复、护理三个专业12个班学生作为研究对象，以班级为单位分为实验班组和对照班组。实验班组采用合作学习型的教学模式，对照班组采用传统教学模式。结果结合型合作学习教学模式优于主导、自主和传统教学模式；结合型合作学习教学模式对中等生和差生的促进作用大，尤其是中等生进步明显，对优秀生的作用不显著；结合型合作学习教学模式无专业差异。结论结合型合作学习教学模式能大面积提高学生《经络腧穴学》的学习成绩。

Objective To explore the higher vocational colleges"main and collateral channelsacupoints"cooperative learning teaching mode. Methods Henan massage of grade 2013 of Career Academy college needle push, rehabilitation, nursing three pro-fessional 12 studentsas the research object, taking a class as a unit divided into experimental groups and controlgroup. The experi-mental team learning by cooperative teaching mode,the control group used the traditional teaching mode. Combining the results of cooperative learning teaching mode,independent and dominant is superior to traditional teaching mode;combined with thecoopera-tion of the secondary students and poor students role in promoting the teaching mode of learning, especially secondary students progress obviously, on top students is not significant;combined with cooperative learning teaching mode without professionaldiffer-ences. Conclusion combination of cooperation area can improve students"main and collateral channels learning teaching model Acupoints of"the studying results.
