基于电化学腐蚀加工方法,提出了一种微细盘状电极的制备方法。先采用平板阴极电化学腐蚀法,将毛坯加工成圆柱状微细电极,再对圆柱电极端部进行绝缘保护,进一步腐蚀制备得到微细盘状电极。利用微细圆柱电极、盘状电极和盘状群电极,在厚1 mm的304不锈钢片上进行电解加工对比实验,结果证明采用微细盘状电极电解加工微小孔,其加工定域性有明显改善,侧壁间隙减小,且降低了孔锥度。
基于電化學腐蝕加工方法,提齣瞭一種微細盤狀電極的製備方法。先採用平闆陰極電化學腐蝕法,將毛坯加工成圓柱狀微細電極,再對圓柱電極耑部進行絕緣保護,進一步腐蝕製備得到微細盤狀電極。利用微細圓柱電極、盤狀電極和盤狀群電極,在厚1 mm的304不鏽鋼片上進行電解加工對比實驗,結果證明採用微細盤狀電極電解加工微小孔,其加工定域性有明顯改善,側壁間隙減小,且降低瞭孔錐度。

A process of fabricating disk microelectrode was proposed based on the electrochemical etching principle. A micro electrode was fabricated firstly ,then the top end was insulated in order to protect it from etching. Then the disk microelectrode was obtained. Through the experiment study on the machining on a 1 mm thick 304 stainless steel plate using cylindrical ,disk microelectrode and multiple disk microelectrode proved that in electrochemical micro machining ,disk microelectrode has better locality,smaller side-gap and hole taper.
