基于快速成形中的三维CAD实体模型,在分析传统层片厚度计算方法原理的基础上,提出了一种CAD模型的轮廓曲线直接分层新算法。该算法通过3个平行于Z轴的平面去和CAD模型求交,进而得到3条沿着Z轴的轮廓曲线,然后采用对3条轮廓曲线加权的方法,垂直于Z轴剖切三维CAD模型,得到满足误差要求的一系列层片,以实现快速成形的分层制造。最后通过实例对该自适应分层算法进行了验证,证明了该算法的可行性和正确性。

This paper presents a new algorithm for direct slicing of CAD model contour curve , which based on the analysis of calculation of layer thickness on the traditional method about rapid prototyping. In the algorithm,through three parallel to the Z-axis plane,the CAD model has been intersected,and then get three along the Z-axis contour curve. Also,using the method of the three contour curves weighted,cutting the 3D CAD model perpendicular to the Z-axis section. A series of layers have been got which satisfy the error requirements ,in order to achieve the layered rapid prototyping manufacturing. Finally ,the adaptive slicing algorithm was validated by an example which proves the feasibility and correctness of the algorithm.
