目的：探讨血清X染色体耦联锌指蛋白（ZFX ）、癌胚抗原（CEA ）在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及疗效的意义。方法应用酶联免疫吸附双抗体夹心法测定40例非小细胞肺癌患者治疗前后的血清ZFX、CEA水平变化。结果40例非小细胞肺癌治疗前ZFX（1．05±0．37）μg／L、CEA（12．12±0．23）μg／L ，治疗后ZFX（0．43±0．06）μg／L、CEA（5．12±0．23）μg／L ，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论正常人体中存在ZFX和CEA ，NSCLC患者血清中ZFX和CEA明显升高，并随治疗有所下降。ZFX有望成为评价NSCLC的肿瘤标志物，ZFX和CEA对肺癌的诊断及疗效评价具有指导意义。

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of serum carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and X chromosome decoupling al zinc finger protein (ZFX) for diagnosis and therapeutic effect of non-small cell lung cancer .Methods Use the double antibody enzyme -linked immunosorbent clamp method to detect the level of serum CEA and ZFX before and after the treatment during the past 1 years in 4 0 patients with newly diagnosed non -small cell lung cancer .Results Serum ZFX(1 .0 5 ± 0 .3 7 ) ug/L ,the CEA (1 2 .1 2+ 0 .2 3 ) ug/L before treatment ,ZFX (0 .4 3 ± 0 .0 6 ) ug/L ,CEA (5 .1 2 +0 .2 3 ) ug/L after treatment in 5 0 patients of non -small cell lung cancer ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0 .05 ) .Conclusion The normal human exist ZFX and CEA .Serum ZFX、CEA of NSCLC patients is significantly higher and decreased with treatment .Serum ZFX of non-small cell lung cancer is expected to become the evaluation of tumor mark-ers .The level of serum CEA and ZFX has guiding significance for diagnosis and therapeutic effect of non -small cell lung cancer .
