目的：分析血站在采供血过程中可能发生的职业暴露的风险和防护措施，规范血站职业暴露的管理，确保员工的职业健康和安全。方法对血站常见的职业暴露进行分类，对血站职业暴露相关的制度建设、相关的知识培训、必要的个人防护和必须的紧急处理等方面所采取的一些措施进行分析。结果加强血站职业暴露的管理，使员工明确采供血工作中可能发生职业暴露的风险和防护措施，明确发生职业暴露时的处理、登记和定期监控。结论血站有关职业暴露科学化、规范化的管理，加强了血站职业暴露的预防和控制工作，促进了血站质量管理水平的提高。
