目的：分析探讨灭鼠工作长效管理机制的建立。方法2014年1月-2014年12月期间，通过对城市灭鼠工作进行整改，建立灭鼠工作长效管理机制，应用鼠夹法、粉迹法、室内鼠迹法测定城市鼠密度状况，采取合理的灭鼠工作方法，通过环境整治、物理、化学综合治理等措施，进行长效防治，控制城市鼠密度。结果查出老鼠种群主要包含黄胸鼠、褐家鼠，鼠害主要侵害场所集中在餐饮部门、垃圾管理部门，其鼠密度达到7%；采用灭鼠工作长效管理机制之后，应用综合措施，在防治5d之后，鼠密度降为2.3%，并进行长效灭鼠工作，在此后2个月内鼠侵害率与鼠密度均维持在较低水平。结论在城镇街道大面积灭鼠工作中，建立灭鼠工作长效机制，防治鼠害能取得良好的效果，可以有效降低疏密度，确保灭鼠工作的长效持续执行，更加有效控制城镇街道鼠密度，有效掌控灭鼠过程。
목적：분석탐토멸서공작장효관리궤제적건립。방법2014년1월-2014년12월기간，통과대성시멸서공작진행정개，건립멸서공작장효관리궤제，응용서협법、분적법、실내서적법측정성시서밀도상황，채취합리적멸서공작방법，통과배경정치、물리、화학종합치리등조시，진행장효방치，공제성시서밀도。결과사출로서충군주요포함황흉서、갈가서，서해주요침해장소집중재찬음부문、랄급관리부문，기서밀도체도7%；채용멸서공작장효관리궤제지후，응용종합조시，재방치5d지후，서밀도강위2.3%，병진행장효멸서공작，재차후2개월내서침해솔여서밀도균유지재교저수평。결론재성진가도대면적멸서공작중，건립멸서공작장효궤제，방치서해능취득량호적효과，가이유효강저소밀도，학보멸서공작적장효지속집행，경가유효공제성진가도서밀도，유효장공멸서과정。
Objective To explore the establishment of analysis of deratization long-term management mechanism. Methods Select period from January 2014 to December 2014, the city of deratization rectification, the establishment of long-term management mechanism of deratization, city rat density determination application of trap method, the powder trace method, indoor rat trace method, adopt reasonable deratization method, through environmental remediation, physics, chemical comprehensive management measures, for long-term prevention, city mouse density control. Results The identified the mouse population consists mainly of Rattus flavipectus, Rattus norvegicus, mainly concentrated in the waste places invaded rodent management department, catering department, the rat density reached 7%; after the use of long-term management mechanism of deratization, using comprehensive methods, in the prevention and treatment of 5D after rat density, reduced to 2.3%, and the long-term deratization, within 2 months thereafter rat infestation rate was maintained at a low level and the density of rats. Conclusion In the town streets deratization in large area, the establishment of long-term mechanism of deratization and rodent control can achieve good effect;can effectively re-duce the density, to ensure the long-term sustained implementation of deratization, more effective control of urban street rat densi-ty, effective control of rodent control process.
