目的:了解某地州食源性疾病发病情况,为掌握和分析该地州食品安全状况,及时发现食品安全隐患,采取有效针对性的控制措施提供科学依据。方法根据食源性疾病暴发(食物中毒)报告系统数据对2010年1月1日-2014年12月31日全州的食源性疾病报告情况进行统计分析。结果2010-2014年该地州食源性疾病暴发65起,发病人数889人,以家庭、宴席、细菌性微生物、有毒动植物发生率较高。结论该地州2010-2014年食源性疾病发病形势严峻。主要以有毒动植物及毒蘑菇为主,其次是微生物食物中毒,是该州食源性疾病防治的重点。
目的:瞭解某地州食源性疾病髮病情況,為掌握和分析該地州食品安全狀況,及時髮現食品安全隱患,採取有效針對性的控製措施提供科學依據。方法根據食源性疾病暴髮(食物中毒)報告繫統數據對2010年1月1日-2014年12月31日全州的食源性疾病報告情況進行統計分析。結果2010-2014年該地州食源性疾病暴髮65起,髮病人數889人,以傢庭、宴席、細菌性微生物、有毒動植物髮生率較高。結論該地州2010-2014年食源性疾病髮病形勢嚴峻。主要以有毒動植物及毒蘑菇為主,其次是微生物食物中毒,是該州食源性疾病防治的重點。
목적:료해모지주식원성질병발병정황,위장악화분석해지주식품안전상황,급시발현식품안전은환,채취유효침대성적공제조시제공과학의거。방법근거식원성질병폭발(식물중독)보고계통수거대2010년1월1일-2014년12월31일전주적식원성질병보고정황진행통계분석。결과2010-2014년해지주식원성질병폭발65기,발병인수889인,이가정、연석、세균성미생물、유독동식물발생솔교고。결론해지주2010-2014년식원성질병발병형세엄준。주요이유독동식물급독마고위주,기차시미생물식물중독,시해주식원성질병방치적중점。
Objective To understand the food-borne disease incidence of a ground state, in order to grasp and analysis of the state food security situation, found that the food safety hidden trouble in time, to provide scientific evidence for the effective control measures.Methods According to the foodborne disease outbreaks (food poisoning) reporting system data on January 1,2010-De-cember 31,2014, the state of foodborne disease reporting for statistical analysis. Results 2010-2014 the state 65 foodborne dis-ease outbreaks of disease in 889, with family, good things come to an end, with a greater incidence of bacterial microorganisms, poisonous plants and animals. Conclusion The state 2010-2014 the grim situation of foodborne disease. Mainly composed of poi-sonous plants and animals and poisonous mushrooms, followed by microbial food poisoning, is the focus of foodborne disease pre-vention and control of the state.
