分析了Cr12MoV钢制冷挤压成型凹模断裂失效的原因,提出了采用H13钢代替Cr12MoV钢制作凹模思路和方法。H13钢通过锻造、球化退火、提高加热温度等方法得到较高的强度、硬度和良好的韧性,解决了Cr12MoV钢挤压凹模因韧性不足产生的断裂问题。

The reason for fracture of a cold extrusion die which is made of Cr12MoV steel was analyzed, and the thinking and method that using H13 steel instead of Cr12MoV steel to made the die were proposed. H13 steel will get high strength, hardness and good tough?ness after forging, spheroidizing annealing and increasing heating temperature to solve the fracture problem of extrusion die.
