目的:探讨案例联合问题导入教学法应用于普外科临床教学中的价值。方法选取2013年9月-2014年7月于该院普外科实习的学生70名作为研究对象,按照临床教学方式划分,对照组35例采用常规带教法,观察组35例采用问题导入联合案例导入教学法,对比两组教学效果。结果观察组总成绩为(87.7±9.3)分,显著高于对照组(79.4±8.7)分,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在普外科临床教学中应用问题导入联合案例导入效果明显,可激发学生兴趣,培养逻辑思维,有推广价值。

Objective To investigate the value of combining problem-based teaching and case-based teaching in the teaching of general surgery internship. Methods 70 students in the department of general surgery from 2013 September to 2014 July in our hospital were selected as the research object. According to the clinical teaching methods, they were divided into two groups.35 cas-es in the control group were trained by routine methods, while 35 cases in the observation group were trained with problem-based teaching combined with case-based teaching. The teaching effects between the two groups were compared. Results In the obser-vation group, the total score was (87.7±9.3), significantly higher than (79.4±8.7) in control group. The difference showed statistical-ly significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the teaching in interns of general surgery, combining problem-based teaching and case-based teaching together has an obvious effect. It can stimulate the students' interest, cultivate the logical thinking, so it has promo-tion value.
