目的：医学检验分析在实践中容易因为误差而导致分析结果的精确度下降的原因。方法该文针对医学检验分析前的试剂和仪器造成的误差因素、样本采取的前、中、后三个阶段发生的样本误差因素进行剖析，以证实在医学检验的前后所形成误差的因素的发生条件。结果有针对性地建议采取何种方式来避免和修正这些误差。结论显示在医学检验分析前存在的多种因素都是容易导致检验分析结果出现误差的影响因子，应该给予重视。

Objective The accuracy of medical tests analyze reasons for the decline in practice because of errors led to easy anal-ysis of results. Methods In this paper, the error factor analysis reagents and instruments medical tests before caused the samples taken before, during and after sampling error factor occurs in three stages to analyze, to confirm the occurrence of an error condi-tion factor before and after the formation of the medical examination. Results Targeted to recommend ways to prevent and correct these errors. Conclusion Displayed before the medical examination and analysis of a variety of factors are likely to lead to test re-sults impact factor error occurs, it should be given attention.
