采用一种由紫铜颗粒经高温烧结获得的多孔材料作为工具电极,并施加内冲液,分别在不同的加工方式、峰值电流、冲液流量和脉冲宽度下,对镍基高温合金GH4169进行多孔质电极电火花加工实验研究。结果表明:由于采用了分布式的内冲液,多孔质电极能以不抬刀方式加工,可获得比实体电极更高的材料去除率和更低的工具电极损耗率。但分布式内冲液对极间状态的改善作用受到峰值电流、脉冲宽度所导致的蚀除产物粒径的影响,当蚀除产物粒径过小或过大时,多孔质电极相对于实体电极的优势无法体现。
採用一種由紫銅顆粒經高溫燒結穫得的多孔材料作為工具電極,併施加內遲液,分彆在不同的加工方式、峰值電流、遲液流量和脈遲寬度下,對鎳基高溫閤金GH4169進行多孔質電極電火花加工實驗研究。結果錶明:由于採用瞭分佈式的內遲液,多孔質電極能以不抬刀方式加工,可穫得比實體電極更高的材料去除率和更低的工具電極損耗率。但分佈式內遲液對極間狀態的改善作用受到峰值電流、脈遲寬度所導緻的蝕除產物粒徑的影響,噹蝕除產物粒徑過小或過大時,多孔質電極相對于實體電極的優勢無法體現。

A kind of porous material which is prepared by high temperature sintering of copper particles is applied as the tool electrode for electro-discharge machining of Ni-based high temperature alloy with inner-flushing. Experiments was carried out with different processing mode,peak current, liquid flow rate and pulse width. Experimental results show that without tool lifting ,higher material removal rate and lower tool electrode is able to be achieved by using porous electrode than that of solid electrode,due to the distributed inner-flushing. But the improving effect of distributed inner-flushing on gap status is influenced by the debris size caused by peak current and pulse width. When the debris size is too large or too small,the advantage of porous electrodes relative to solid electrodes can not be reflected.
