针对车门内板的暗伤缺陷,在分析材料性能的基础上,基于CGA网格试验法分析了暗伤产生的原因,根据零件不同位置的暗伤提出了不同的改进措施。实际生产表明,基于网格试验法提出的调试方案有效可行,提高了零件成形的安全裕度,保证了现场生产正常进行。

The research was made on the reason for the hidden flaw produced on an inner door panel based on the analysis of material properties and the CGA grid test; and the dif?ferent improvement measures were put forward for the hidden flaw in the different posi?tion. The practical production shows that the debugging scheme proposed according to CGA grid method was feasible and effective, and improved the forming safety.
