CRH3 EMU in beijing-tianjin line, Wu Guangxian, shanghai-nanjing line had appeared in the non-work state during the operation of spraying wiper fluid, this kind of situation is likely to affect the safety of the train. This paper analyzes the causes of this kind of problem, put forward the efective solutions, and tracking verification are completed. Bulet in the non-work state spraying wiper fluid on the solution of the problem to improve the reliability of the emu wiper system work is of great significance. At the same time, the accumulated valuable experience for other EMU design.
