CRH3动车组在京津线、武广线、沪宁线运行过程中曾出现过在非工作状态下喷洒雨刷液的问题，该种情况很可能对列车的行车安全造成影响。本文深入分析了产生该种问题的原因，提出了有效的解决方案，并完成了跟踪验证。动车组在非工作状态喷洒雨刷液问题的解决对于提高动车组雨刷系统工作的可靠性具有重要意义。同时，为其他动车组设计积累了宝贵的经验。
