The forming process and layout design of a printer shrapnel were presented, and the design of die structure was illustrated focus on the bending process. The insert struc?ture was the main work parts of the die, and the part was lifted by a floating block and bended by a cam-driver and slide block mechanism. Finally, the difficult problem of bend?ing 45° for part was solved.
