利用多工位级进模成形某一钩形零件,在原送料方向实现零件的冲裁→压印→导正→整形→预弯曲,零件运动方向转90°后实现弯曲和整形,结合气动、定点控制、红外检测等技术,通过Pro/E软件设计实现各运动结构之间的干涉检查及模具的运动仿真。
利用多工位級進模成形某一鉤形零件,在原送料方嚮實現零件的遲裁→壓印→導正→整形→預彎麯,零件運動方嚮轉90°後實現彎麯和整形,結閤氣動、定點控製、紅外檢測等技術,通過Pro/E軟件設計實現各運動結構之間的榦涉檢查及模具的運動倣真。
이용다공위급진모성형모일구형령건,재원송료방향실현령건적충재→압인→도정→정형→예만곡,령건운동방향전90°후실현만곡화정형,결합기동、정점공제、홍외검측등기술,통과Pro/E연건설계실현각운동결구지간적간섭검사급모구적운동방진。
A multi-position progressive die was designed to forming a hook. It finished the blanking, printing, guiding, restriking, pre-bending of parts in the original feed direction and bending, restiking of parts after rotating 90° from the original feed direction. The interfer?ence of moving structures was checked and the die movement was simulated by Pro/E soft?ware combined to pneumatic, point control and infrared detection technology.
