随着欧盟法规的实施，绿色环保轮胎受到日益广泛的关注。而不环保的促进剂NOBS在轮胎行业中起着重要的作用，本文着重研究了利用环保型的DCBS代替NOBS在轮胎胎体胶料中的应用。采用环保型的促进剂DCBS后，胶料的物性和粘结性与之前相比，并没有降低，同时胶料的加工安全性还得到了提高。研究表明， DCBS完全可以替代NOBS在绿色轮胎中使用。

Since the implementation of the EU laws and regulations, green tires are increasing widespread attention.No environmental friendly accelerator NOBS plays an important role in the tire industry.The carcass compound used environmentally friendly DCBS instead of NOBS was studied.After using accelerator DCBS, the phycial properties and adhesion properties were similiar as the NOBS compound, at the same time the process safety of compound was improved.Research showed that the DCBS can completely replace the NOBS used in green tire.
