学习与记忆的关系密切。大脑有记忆的天赋，同时它也有遗忘的天性。文章从框架理论以及英语词汇与词汇知识的特点出发，并围绕语言学习的规律和人脑记忆特点，结合语音，文化及话题框架，探讨大学生词汇学习的若干要领，旨在激发学生的学习兴趣和提高学习效率。

Learning and memory are closely related to each other .Human brain is endowed with memo‐ry ,but it also has the nature of forgetting .Based on Frame T heory ,characteristics of English vocabu‐lary ,vocabulary knowledge ,the rules of language learning and human brain memory ,this paper ex‐plores phonological ,cultural and topic framework in vocabulary learning .It aims to motivate college students’ interest in learning English vocabulary and enhance their learning efficiency .
