采用水和航空煤油为主要原料,研究了一种新型水性油墨清洗剂的制备工艺。经实验优化结果表明:复合溶剂的配比、复合乳化剂的选择、乳化工艺、极性溶剂和碱性助剂均影响清洗剂的效果和稳定性。经配方和工艺优化后制得的清洗剂安全性能高、清洗效果好、清洗速度快、稳定性能强。

The preparation process of a novel aqueous printing ink cleaner, in which water and aviation kerosene were used as the main material, was studied.The results showed that the ratio of the constitutions, the selection of emulsifier , emulsifying process, polar solvent and alkaline additives affected the ability to remove printing ink and stability of ink cleaner.The novel aqueous printing ink cleaner has good stability and safety, can remove the printing ink quickly and completely after optimization of preparation process and formula.
