为优选甘草的最佳提取工艺条件,以甘草酸和甘草苷的提取率为指标,采用正交设计法对影响提取的因素进行优化.结果表明,最佳提取溶剂为乙醇,影响浸出的主要因素为乙醇体积分数、溶媒用量、提取时间和提取次数,最佳提取工艺为6倍量55%乙醇,加热回流提取3次,每次1.5 h.该工艺合理,稳定可行,适合生产.

The orthogonal design method was used to optimize the best extraction technology conditions of glycyrrhiza uralensis with extraction rate of glycyrrhizic acid and liquorice glyco-sides as index.Results indicated that the best extraction solvent was ethanol, and the main factors influencing the leaching were ethanol concentration, solvent dosage, extraction time and extraction times.In addition, the best extraction process was 6 times of the volume of 55%ethanol, heating reflux extraction for 3 times and each time for 1.5 h.This process was reasonable, stable, feasible and suitable for production.
