文章采用单因素试验法探讨浸提液浓度、浸提温度、浸提时间、浸提次数等因素对贝苞凤仙花花中总黄酮含量的影响,在此基础上通过正交实验设计对贝苞凤仙花花中总黄酮提取工艺进行优化。研究结果表明贝苞凤仙花总黄酮最佳提取工艺条件是:浸提液浓度为70%,最佳浸提温度为50℃,最佳浸提时间是4h,最佳浸提次数3次。

On the basis of the study of extraction thickness,temperature,time and other factors on the content of total flavone in Impatiens conchibracteata Y. L. Chen by the method of single factor experiment, the orthogonal experimental design is adopted to optimize extraction technology of total content of flavones in Impatiens conchibracteata Y. L. Chen. The result of the study indicates that the best extraction conditions for total flavone in Impatiens conchibracteata Y. L. Chen are as follows: Extraction thickness is 70% at 50℃, extraction time is 4 hours and the optimum extraction times are 3 times.
