选取伏虎寺(海拔550m)、清音阁(750m)、万年寺(950m)三个样点,首次研究了峨眉山柳杉下的土壤动物群落结构。共获土壤动物336只,隶属于节肢动物门的4纲9目,无优势类群,常见类群有3个目,稀有类群有6个目。3个样地的土壤动物个体数量关系为:万年寺(128只)>伏虎寺(120只)>清音阁(88只),类群数量关系为:万年寺(7目/亚目)>伏虎寺(4目)=清音阁(4目)。清音阁、万年寺的土壤动物的数量大体上随土壤厚度的增加而减少,伏虎寺则大体相反,尤其在5-10cm处的土层达到最大值。Margalef丰富度指数随海拔升高总体呈现上升趋势,Simpson优势度指数则相反。3个样地的定性相似系数为中等不相似,而定量相似系数则极不相似。说明了生态系统、种植柳杉和旅游活动对峨眉山的土壤动物的群落结构有一定的影响。

Community structure of soil animals under Cryptomeria Fortunei of different elevation in Mount Emei had been first studied by choosing three sample areas including Fuhu Temple (550m Altitude), Qingyin Pavilion(750m Altitude)and Wannian Temple(950m Altitude). A total of 336 individuals,belonging to 4 classes and 9 orders of Arthropoda,were collected. Among them,it includes 3 orders of common groups and 6 orders of rare groups,and no dominant group. In addition,the individual quantitative relation of soil animals of the three sample areas was Wannian Temple(128)>Fuhu Temple(120)> Qingyin Pavilion(88), and the community quantitative relation was Wannian Temple (7 order/suborder)>Fuhu Temple (4 order)=Qingyin Pavilion (4 order). In Qingyin Pavilion and Wannian Temple,the quantity of soil animals broadly decreased with the increasing of the soil depth,but Fuhu Temple was contrary to the maximum value in the middle soil layer (10-15 cm). Margalef index increased on the whole as the elevation rose,but Simpson index exactly on the contrary. Qualitative similarity coefficients was a moderate dissimilar level among the three sample areas,but the quantitative similarity coefficients was extremely dissimilar. Finally,the paper draws a conclusion that the ecosystem,Cryptomeria Fortunei planting and tourism activity are the partiall reasons for the community structure of soil animals in Mount Emei.
